Surely, after seeing the Twilight movie, you'll all have something to say about it. Lo, even though she's not doing webcasts anymore, has offered to take your reviews and discuss them in a video. Send them to lohgan@live.com. [[And something else I remembered I need to mention.... not everyone will be seeing the movie the first day or even week that it's released into theaters, so please, for the first few weeks after Nov. 21, keep all movie discussion in the movie boards. Thanks!!]] And don't forget to send your reviews to Lo!! loghan@live.com

Yes please send me your reviews! Wether it's just rating the movie, or your opinion! I hope to make it a good long video.

I saw the movie last Friday on a spur of the moment decision. I had read all the books 3 days previously so although I was very new to the series I had done all my homework (so speak). I was a little iffy about seeing someone actually play Edward since I'm well aware of how complicated a role it is, how involving and how intricately detailed he is. About 20 minutes into the film I was surprised my skepticism melted away. Robert Pattinson did a very good job with the role of Edward. He put alot of...effort and emotion into the roll and pulled it off without a hitch. The starlet playing Bella really truly irritated me to no end with her non stop, constant blinking. She tends to over blink when she's striving to get across her emotions to the audience. She looked great but her acting skills left a little to be desired. I found her face stiff alot of the time in my own opinion, her voice during alot of lines seemed monotone ( except in a few instances) and I didn't like how deep/husky her voice was. To each is own I suppose. The starlet who played Bella aside, I didn't mind the movie and rather enjoyed it but I was severely irritated to see the right lines with fabricated scenes or being applied to the wrong scenes. I felt very important story elements were missing which would add to the gravity of how deep and strong Edward & Bella's love was. I did thoroughly enjoy myself honestly. Nothing better than a forbidden love story to warm your heart on the coldest nights. I adored whomever played Alice, she was just perfect for the role and then some, Emmet and Jasper were well chosen as well. I noted when the storyline moved along to the scene where Edward took Bella to the clearing up the trail to show her *why* vampires could not go into the sunlight ( skin sparkles like a million tiny diamonds ) the entire theater broke out in laughter. I will admit it looked a little corny but having freshly read the books a few days beforehand I failed to see the amusement of it. Props/scenery were all excellent specially Bella's red truck. Jasper came across to me very tortured by the presence of humans like he was in the books which pleased me greatly. I was elated to sit there in front of this huge movie screen and feel Rose's dislike for Bella from where I sat. It just oozed off her. Mike and Eric made me chuckle, buncha goofy odd looking teens that don't hold a candle to Edward although I suppose that's how it should be given the vivid details we know about Edwards appearance. Overall I give this film a 20 out of 10 ( all minor things aside ) .
