I thought the movie was great. I mean sure they left out some parts and it will never be as good as the book, but it is worth seeing. The actors did a great job and I really enjoyed it.

I had read twilight before seeing the movie. Personally, I am glad I just saw it online-it wasn't so great for me; even after watching it two more times. I didn't like some of the scenes that were put in instead of necessary scenes from the book, and the magic of the book just wasn't there for me. I do hope the new director does a better job with New Moon.

I read the books before I went to see the movie. I liked the movie & I've seen it multiple times, lol but that's just my opinion. Although, I must say that I'm not sure I would have liked the movie as much as I did if I hadn't read the books first. I felt like I knew the characters while going in to see the movie, so I think that definitely made the movie an experience for me

Honestly, I do not sugarcoat anything...
I did not like the movie when I first saw it, but I had a friend that wanted to see it...so I can say that I have now seen it 7 times. 3 in the thearter and the rest on tvshack.net.
AT sometime... maybe not now...you should see it. Hey, Stephanie Meyer is in the cafe scene. But to know that she had a hand in this too, and it is SM approved!

No way I actually liked the movie a lot. I mean I agree that no movie ever lives up to the book , but this one actually stayed closer to how the book went than any other one I've seen. I would go see it if I was you.

Nothing will ever change the original story....I think that the movie just gives us more to be obsessed with ......If any of you have read the series as much as I have (which I am sure most of you have) then you all know that nothing can ruin the story...a bad actor might ruin the movie...but i dont think anything can ruin the story....

I think if you are a true twilight fan, you will enjoy the movie, because it is bringing the characters to life. Even if it is different than the way they were in the book. I recommend you seeing the movie if you read the book. I am also one of the fans who read all the books over and over again, before seeing the movie. However I was not disappointed. I watch the movie and read the book over and over again still. I see the connections through the movie and book and believe they did the best they could on the movie, with a low budget.

NEVER IVE READ THE BOOKS TEN TIMES THRUOGH THE SERIES LOVED THEM ALL. i hated the movie it was completly tranformed, and id appreicate if you kept those assumption to yourself. cause just because i hated the movie does not mean im not a true twilight fan, and the movie stunk, it was horrid and pointless and i demand a remake and i making them the script, ITS CALLED THE BOOK. ;D

I would suggest that you NOT see the movie if you really liked the book. Personally I think it ruined the story for me. I LOVED the book way more. EVERYTHING in the book looked better in my HEAD than on screen.....I felt that the movie didn't do the book any JUSTICE at all. Didn't do a very good job in explaining the background of why certain things were happening. If you DID NOT read the book than you were LEFT CONFUSED. I was extremely disappointed after I saw it. I am HOPING that the NEXT MOVIE will be A LOT better...... HEY i agree except your little argument arent strong enough verbs for me but thank you, im so happy you didnt like it either, lol. oh and trust me New Moon will be better cause they couldnt possibly do worse
