Yeah, I do think it is Jasper's fault. He should have better control. He came to the Cullen "lifestyle" at the same time Alice did, so he is not the newest to it; he just struggles the most. How hard is he really trying? Is he just doing it for Alice or because Alice tells him he can or because he wants to.
So what, it's in his nature. It's in the Wolf's nature to hate the vamps and still everyone blames them for having a bad relationship eventhough, it is that way because vamps came to their land and killed people.

Sorry but I don't agree with you but it's your opinion... But on the part that the wolves are being blamed, I get your point there...

It's not his fault. His and Alice's situations are very different. Imagine that all life you've been eating meat, but start to feel guilty about eating the poor animals and then suddenly decide to stop eating it. And when you stop eating it, you start to see every meat, every steak, the pizza topping with meat, everything that before you hadn't even thought of. Same's with the dentist . He tells you that you have to not eat anything for 2 hours and you suddenly remember that you wanted to buy pop corn. It goes easy with distractions, I guess Jasper was too distracted then (when he was still a normal vamp) to notice humans and their individual and unique scents. But now, he doesn't have nothing for distraction (except Alice ;D) and thus pays attention to the scents. Poor vampy While Alice could see the vegetarism when she was transformed. She could see Jazz too. But I don't see the point of arguing whether it was his fault or not. If he didn't do it, something else would come up and Edward would go away. Actually it was his 'fault' that the series are what we see now. His and a few drops of blood's. I soo love Jasper ;D

It may seem Jasper was the cause but I don't believe he was. Edward's untamed response threw her, literally threw her and she was injured whereas all she had before was a small slice on her finger.
Edward actually seemed to have very little control of his controlling mechanisms in the fight scene in Twilight, he lost it there too.
Of course it's a book, it's supposed to be exciting, we just relate to the virtual family as though they had other options and could have been 'wiser'. They seem real, I don't understand exactly how that works, that I feel so bonded to the Cullens and Bella's ongoing virtual life.
I wonder how this all fits in reality, does our emotional 'bond' do something, at wave and particle levels?

Then you'd have prefered to have Bella without the bond with Jacob and have 2 books? Actually it's better that Jazz attacked Bella. Bella gets a new BFF (I love sayin this to boys), Jacob gets a best friend and a imprintee, and the bond between Ed and Bella gets more deepER ;D ;D ;D ;D When I read that particular chappy, I got really angry at SM cuz I knew there would be people who'd start bashing Jazz because he 'made Edward leave Bella'.

Its not Jasper fault.
You cant really control what you are if your still new to it. And he was hanging with the wrong vampires when he got turned so he didnt know any better. In a way it was a good thing Jasper attacked Bella. or we might not got to meet Jacob more in depth ^^
