Rob Pattinson said something interesting in an interview--he said that he had doubts about playing Edward because he was like the most perfect man in the world. Then he realized that Edward wasn't perfect that Bella was just utterly in love with him and that Edward was utterly in love with her so all he had to do was not play the most perfect man in the world, but just a man in love. It is so true that when you are in love--the grass is greener, the sun is shinier, and music seems a little more joyous. I am 31 and probably the oldest person on this site. I found my husband about 7 years ago when I was least expecting it. Take it from me when you fall in love it is perfect because it is flawed. That is what makes it all the more beautiful--you can love someone despite the bad. Edward wasn' perfect--he was a dead bloodsucker. Bella found the beauty in that, Yeah it didn't hurt that he was really hot.....but you see where i am going with this

No way! Edward is all I think about now! But my teacher who also reads the books and likes Edward told me that girls need to think realisticly, no guy is like Edward.

i dont think i can ever love a series more than i love the twilight saga... and when i look at all the guys around me all i can really think is "thats not even close to edward." that proves it, i am seriously obsessed. lol

i understand it is fiction so yeah i will defiantly love someone. i might have to throw some glitter on him when we are at the beach though =] just so he can sparkle =]

obsessedmuch, you are so right!!! i too have found my edward and this book just reinforces how women should be treated. true love is an amazing thing and this story hits home when you can relate to some...maybe not all, since edward is too perfect...of edwards characteristics because you find the same ones in your man. this saga was written so well and it has impacted so many peoples lives...it's truly amazing.

i dont think so ..is just the way the saga was written ..all the love and mistery ..all the words ..when u read the book u cant help u imagine yourself in bellas place as u read the book u fall inlove for edward..u like jacob..u knid of live the sotry u believe in it ..for me i now appreciate love a lot more ..but definately i dont see myself falling so much for a saga after reading the twilight saga ..i truly admire sm work ..
