That was the bad thing about the meadow scene in the movie. I had my own picture in my mind of how things went and it all went away when they showed it in the movie.

I pictured the meadow a lot more... magical I guess? Lots more flowers, more enclosed... I think they did an ok job with it... maybe could have done a little better. Edward in the sun was interesting I'm glad they showed it... it would have been strange to leave it out.

omg i love the meadow scene!!!!!!!!!! Its my fav they did it very "tastefully" in the movie:) Exept in the scene it doesnt end in the kiss i was watching it and i was like " no this is all wrong"

I love that Stephenie Meyer didn't stick to the "traditional" vampire stuff while writing these books...I think it was genius to come up with the sparkling skin in the sunlight...totally original and memorable!!
